Exchange or Return Policy:
At PretStitch Lahore, we facilitate exchanges for items purchased from our online store. Customers can initiate exchanges by contacting our customer service for courier arrangements.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving the purchased item, via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Customers must provide reasons for the exchange in their request.
- The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact.
- The original invoice of the item being exchanged must be included.
- The item must be unused and free from any odors, stains, or signs of wear.
- Customers are responsible for charges, however, in the case of an exchange, we will arrange for the collection of the parcel.
Please note the following:
Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged unless they were originally bought at the regular price and subsequently went on sale. Pret Stitch Lahore reserves the right to accept or deny exchange requests at its sole discretion. Once an exchange request is accepted, customers will be notified by our customer service team. This exchange policy is not applicable to orders sent outside of Pakistan.We strictly adhere to a ‘NO refund’ policy and do not offer cashback options. Damaged items:
Exchange of damaged items is allowed only if they have manufacturing defects, wrong sizes, or wrong items were shipped. Customers must report such issues within 2 working days of receiving the parcel, along with the paper invoice, via call, message, or email.
