For deliveries within Pakistan, all orders on pretstitchlahore.pk are processed through reputable courier services like TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, and others. Upon order dispatch, domestic customers will receive a tracking ID. To ensure order accuracy, our Customer Service may reach out via call or SMS for verification. Orders using Cash on Delivery must be verified within 3 days; otherwise, they will be canceled. Verified orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically delivered within 4-5 working days while international orders will be delivered within 10-14 working days.   

Delivery charges are 225pkr all over Pakistan. International customers will receive a tracking ID upon dispatch and a sales invoice via email. Additional charges such as customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. International shipping charges will be calculated and communicated to customers via WhatsApp before finalizing the order.
